             Week 1 - Resolution 

So my personal new years resolution (like most years) is to be fitter and healthier and every year I go in with good intentions but little motivation. This year will be different. Having little time ( with three little ones at home, studying a collage course and running my business ) I find, finding time to excercise to be an impossible task. But this year... this year will be different. I have NO excuses with the purchase of my new buddy treddie ( my treadmill ) we are going to be good friends. Sporting some new footwear is also going to be a great motivator. Nothing wrong with looking good at the same time :-)
